What you will need:

(dry)
1 cup of baking soda
1/2 cup of citric acid (amazon)
1/2 cup of epson salt
(wet)
1 tsp of water
2 tsp of essential oil (amazon)
3 tsp of olive oil / coconut oil
2-3 drops of food coloring
