Description from the creator

How do you become adaptable? How do you "accept" your circumstances? This is a circle of Love chart and my explanation of it. This is true anytime you are feeling something.

When I got a deeper understanding of this, had a direct experience of it, I imagined what the process looked like and it has helped me to understand it deeper by drawing it. I am just starting out practicing this with my new found deeper understanding, exploring it each time I think about it. It is only my understanding of what it means to be still or not do anything and most importantly, why.

This is inspired by the Ringing Cedars Series books and the Book of Mirdad among many other and recent life experiences.

From my COART Series
"Conversations of Round Table"
Where all feelings and experiences get to speak and be heard.

In my videos and vlogs a recurring theme are these conversations I have with myself (and others often as well) that come from me being devoted to questioning everything that I've been taught, have heard and continue to hear, and to use my inner guidance system to determine what really is Truth. I believe there is only one Truth that can be applied to all the different topics that are at the forefront of our thoughts these days, and that being adaptable on my way through discovering how the one Truth applies to all these topics is crucial. That's what I mean when I say all the Universal Truths. I call this my "Conversations of a Round Table" and topics range all over the map but focus on adaptability. Being adaptable is what I want to learn as I shift constantly into deeper understandings of all the Universal Truths that I can imagine, and as I discover deeper what the one Truth is that then applies to all these topics.
