Happy Wellness Month! In my announcement video for November I couldn't believe how many of you responded so positively with amazing comments and messages. I'm so excited and honestly feel so inspired knowing that you guys are supporting Wellness Month with me! How do you guys feel?

I'm sure most of you have heard that beauty comes from the inside and feeling good on the inside leads to us looking good on the outside. BUT how do find happiness and how do we take care of ourselves?

In today's video I wanted to talk about how you can be beautiful without makeup. Everybody is unique and everybody is beautiful, so don't forget to embrace yourself and the beautiful people around you this month! Taking care of yourself properly plays a huge role and it's something that all of us can do.

We can make better choices on what we put into our bodies and that can change how we look on the outside. We can also change our surroundings and that can have a huge affect on our happiness, mood, self-esteem, and confidence.

I can't wait to explore more of these with you guys and I hope that these tips, tricks, and hacks are helpful in everyone's Wellness Journey.
