How to become a Anesthesiologist is the 2nd real installment in the Anesthesia Chronicles, (A Day in the LIFE of an Anesthesiologist), where I will address some topics related to main of how many years of schooling to become a doctor. My name is Dr. Karen Francois and I am a 5th year Attending physician based out of NY. These stories will chronicle my life with Anesthesia, as a Anesthesiologist and home life with my husband and 3 children.

When I was starting my medical career I wanted to have a resources that could help me find out first hand information into getting into the specialty that I liked, and also what was that medical specialty was like.
