I am Frank Furness, a sales and technology and speaker.


I came from a very humble start growing up in a mining village in South Africa


I got fired from my first job for being too much of a maverick.



I then became a drummer in a rock band for 8 years and when I got married I needed a real job (drumming is a real job...).


After 3 failed interviews and plenty of begging I secured a job as a commission based financial advisor.


I was so excited, for the first time in my life I would be rewarded for effort and went on to carve a successful career qualifying many times for 'Top of the Table Million Dollar Round Table'


I was also a partner in two successful firms in London and have shared my strategies in my keynote speeches to insurance companies and banks in 69 countries.
