How To Block Crocheted Items

In this video I show you 2 techniques for blocking your crocheted items.

1. The ironing board method for smaller pieces.
2. The interlocking foam method for larger pieces.

All you need is your surface (ironing board or interlocking foam), spray water bottle and straight pins.

I was able to find the foam pieces on Amazon. Using prime also gave me free shipping! Woo Hoo!

Why block?
It helps flatten and even out your piece, making it looked more "finished". Also, blocking as you go helps to even out any lumpy and wonky looking spots.
