There's 2 ways you can block game requests on Facebook.

1. Via the games menu in the apps section
On your Facebook feed, click on Games in the left hand side apps menu.
Click on activity then on Invites (you may need to scroll to the bottom of the Games page)
Click the X next to the game you want to block then the confirm button

2. Via your Facebook settings
On your Facebook settings page, click on Block in the left menu
Scroll down to the block apps section
Type the name of the game in the box - your chosen game should appear in a drop-down
Click the game you want to block
