In this video, my daughter Gabi shows you how to boogie board in the ocean. She is seven years old. We go to Preston Beach in Boston, MA. She uses a wrist band with a leash to keep the board close. She wades out into the shallow waves. When a good wave comes up, she holds on the board with her two hands, and kicks off the sand, with her belly on the board. She catches a few waves!
