Very Firstly, hear the sound before apply these settings and then hear after applying these settings you will get the great results

Secondly go to the volume icon and right click on it

Then click on playback devices

Now Sound dialogue box will open

Now in the playback tab either double click on the speakers option or right click on it and then click on properties

Now click on enhancement tab

Now there will be some options

You have to simply click on the two configuration which are “Equalizer" and "Loudness equalization"

Just check mark these two configurations and hit "Apply" and then "OK"

Now click on ok on the sound menu

After that your sound will become louder than first
