I got a request to build a wooden arch for a wedding planner. She wanted the arch to be able to dismantle for transportation. I didn't think it is a challenge until it came to the joinery part. I wanted the joints to be strong enough yet easy enough to dismantle without complicated tools. After few prototyping and testing, I decided to go for half lap join, tighten with M6 screws and T-nuts. The only tool she will need to carry along is a hex key (Allen key).
