How to Build an EFFECTIVE Skincare Routine I KAILIN CHASE

Hey fam!! Welcome to a little skincare 101 with me, Kailin! I hope you guys love learning more about skincare routines and how to create a skincare routine! As a reminder I am not a dermatologist or an esthetician, I am just a very educated skincare obsessed person! I actually almost dropped out of business school to become a dermatologist, realized that wasn't a smart money decision and made it my hobby and passion on the side! Below I'll share some of my favorite skincare products for oily skin, dry skin, combination skin and everything in between!

When first getting into skincare it's really important to go for gentle products as a first step - ALWAYS!! Going slow with your skincare routine will most likely calm your skin down enough to show you what the real problems in your skin and skincare is - so as a rule of thumb, always start so and gentle in your skincare routine before introducing active ingredients into your routine! Once you're ready to pick an active you'll want to pick 1-2 specific skin concerns that you want to treat (i.e. acne, dark spots, skin texture, redness, etc).
