The Calibration For Joysticks Is Hidden In Windows And Cannot Be Accessed Unless Holding In Ctrl + Shift.

The first time going through the calibration it will not work. Just click through it and don't close any of the windows after doing it. Do it again and it will work and calibrate your joystick.
