How to Change the Facebook Profile email address on display in About section

Facebook changed everyone's email on display in their About section to the email provided by Facebook (not the one you use to login). This tutorial video shows how to reset the Facebook Profile email address on display in the About section to your own preferred email address.

It looks like Facebook only changed the email in Personal Profiles, and not on business Fan Pages.

Here are the steps:
Login to Facebook and go to your Personal Profile (not your Fan Page).

1. Click "About" on your profile (on the left side, under your profile picture and Timeline cover photo) .

2. Scroll down to the Contact Info section, and find your email address. Click "Edit" to change.

3. Click on the circle next to your email address that you want to display and change the settings to "Show On Timeline".

4. Click on the circle next to your Facebook email address (ie. [email protected]) and change its setting to "Hidden From Timeline".

5. Click the Save button at the bottom.
