Business Name Change To Do List

1. Choose a name that you love!
Something unique and easy to spell. Potentially a rhyme or a play on words.

2. (Optional) Use Numerology to help you choose a good business name (1 & 5 are the best)

Note: If you were to get a 3 digit number as your sum you still add each number together to get the single digit reduced number.

3. Check domain availability: knowem.com/
4. Check email availability

5. Get document of amendment from your Secretary of State (Corporation/Limited Liability Company - Information Change) Fill it out IN BLACK INK and pay the fee. (I paid $100)
(You can fax this form over at least in the state of Oregon. Call and ask your state if they except fax or mail and send it in)

6. Send a letter to the IRS requesting that they update their system to match the state system.
