How do you choose a good self-defense school? That is question was asked by one of our subscribers.

It’s a great question because there are so many different self defense schools and martial arts dojo’s out there to choose from.

The ones we recommend the most are the reality based self defense schools, mostly because they offer a realistic way to train and to learn how to protect yourself effectively.

A good self defense school, should not only teach effective concepts but also offer a scenario-based training that replicates different situations that could occur in real life.

If you can’t find a reality based self defense school in your area, you can sign up to a boxing school. The teachers will train you the fundamentals of boxing which are essential to your self defense training.

From there, you can really enhance your training by purchasing self defense videos and learning effective concepts from the comfort of your own home.

You can then apply the concepts that you’ve learned with a training partner. That will certainly enhance your personal defense skills.

Hope this helped!
