Description from the creator

How to clean a silk rug. In this video I go through the prep stages for the cleaning of a silk and wool rug - specifically talking about vacuuming and the removal of lint and sock fluff from the rugs. I'll be doing more video tutorials on the topic of both silk and wool rug cleaning ranging from simple spot cleaning to the dangers of flood cleaning and pressure washing rugs. These are Iranian Tabriz rugs made of wool and silk and they are exceptionally fine pieces.
