How To Clean Felt Pen off a Desk or Table

If it's an accident, or deliberate, getting felt pen on your desk or table is a bit of a pain in the bum.

James accidentally drew on my desk (the ink had soaked through the paper). I didn't spot it immediately, so it, in turn, soaked into my desk! Kitchen wipes got the worst off.. but, it was still quite noticeable.
