In this video, our own Jonny Bubbles shows you how to clean a pair of classic Vans Checkered Oldskools that have been trashed by a strawberry milkshake from In-N-Out. The Oldskools were first introduced to the sneaker industry in 1977. Yes, that is 42 years ago! We get asked all the time if you can clean Vans with our Advanced Laundry Systems and we wanted to make an in depth sneaker cleaning tutorial to show everyone the answer is yes! Jonny uses all three Reshoevn8r brushes and shows how to get a detailed clean on specific areas of the shoe. After brushing down the sneakers, Bubbles uses our signature Reshoevn8r Sneaker Laundry Detergent and throws them into the washer using the normal cycle with cold water to ensure there is no bleeding and glue separation. Once dried, these Checkered Oldskools are finished off with the Brass Bristle Brush and Almighty Mink Oil to bring the suede back to life. These Vans are looking as good as new! Great job Bubbles!
