HOW TO CLEAN YOUR CHIP PAN WITH BAKING SODA

Today I'm trying out a baking soda cleaning hack, I saw on Ellen O'Keefe Instagram account. I'm cleaning my deep fat fryer with baking soda. Cleaning the chip pan is never fun but it's an essential job if you wish to keep the oil cleaner for longer. Cleaning with baking soda is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. I want to note that I stored the old oil in a 3l bottle and disposed of responsibly. Do not pour oil down your kitchen drain.
