Chlorine is sodium hypochlorite or hypochlorite acid is the same as household bleach but about 5% stronger. Be smart and do this on days when it is not windy and wear protection like a mask. I deal with chlorine daily so I am comfortable around it. Have a hose nearby in case you spill some on your hands. Just apply and let sit. NO RINSING!! The longer it sits the nicer it will look. Chlorine kills bacteria and such on a one to one ratio so as its working to kill the mold it is neutralizing itself as well. I used about 2.5 gallons to do this single driveway.
