How to Construct An Antipasto Platter!! Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! lets put together that Antipasto platter I promised you! Get your favorite cured,or smoked meats together along with a couple of cheeses, and some brined, marinated and/or pickled veggies, slice a baguette and go to town! This is the perfect platter for a get together because it allows everyone to grab what they like. This can be used as an appetizer or as a whole course. My family always says that they don't really need the rest of the meal because they love this so much.
