1. Record, download or grab the video you want to use

2. Edit it to cut out the part you want to use (less than 60 seconds)

3. Go to ezgif.com/video-to-gif

4. Upload the video you want to convert to a gif

5. Within a few seconds you can then download the gif to your computer!
