Part 1 of how to convert vinyl to mp3 using audacity with LAME MP3 plugin installed. Helpful for people who use Serato, Final Scratch, Traktor Scratch, Virtual Vinyl, etc. or for those who want to get their favorite 12" single onto their ipod / iphone.

***Update***
I just remembered that Numark's TTUSB, It's a cheap plastic turntable with a USB connection. Not a high quality turntable, but If you want to connect a turntable directly to a computer (without the need of a pre-amp/mixer) it will do. There's also the Ion iTTUSB, pretty much the same thing, but even a little lower in price.
