Today I tested two different cooking methods for butternut squash. Both of these ways of cooking butternut squash are easy and require very little effort! The first cooking method is in the microwave and the second is to roast the butternut squash in the oven. Both methods are useful depending on what you will use finished product for! Enjoy!
