I'm getting these tomatoes ready for canning or freezing and thought I'd show you how to core tomatoes two different ways. One with a melon baller and one with a knife. Caution around sharp object. Don't be in a hurry. I have been in a hurry so many times and cut myself. Use a claw hand position when using a knife and cutting tomatoes.
