Here's how to correct it with permanent make-up:

the eyebrow tattoo can sometimes change its original color, turning itself into unpleasant colors such as: RED, GRAY, VIOLET AND BLUE.
This phenomenon is often determined by the use of low quality products or unsuitable pigments to be used for semi-permanent make-up.

A professional technician should be able to establish the undertone of her client's skin color (commonly called a "phototype") and based on that, select the right eyebrow pigment for her complexion.
Our skin is like a colored filter, and influences the final result of the pigment we are going to implant under the skin.
For example, if a client has warm skin with a red undertone, each color that will be implanted under the stratum corneum will be automatically warmed up by the red that is contained in her skin.

So why does a tattoo turn red?
option 1) the operator did not use a quality pigment
option 2) the operator has not selected the correct pigment shade for the client phototype
option 3) The client has not taken care of her tattoo properly or she didn't come back for touchups in the indicated times
