How to Crack An Egg One-Handed

This video shows my personal preference on how to crack an egg one-handed. I get about a 90% success rate of having the yolk intact the way I do it. I never thought about it until I started getting a lot of questions and comments about it so I thought I'd show you what works for me. I'll tell you right now, chefs aren't gonna like it! Practice makes perfect and if my method doesn't work for you, keep trying until you find the one you're comfortable with!
