How to Craft a Duct Tape Beaded Necklace

Learn how to craft a DIY bead necklace using Duck Tape® brand duct tape in this easy craft tutorial from DIY blogger and YouTuber Mr. Kate. This necklace was made using a rainbow printed duct tape and a bright color theme, but with hundreds of colors and prints available, you can substitute these tapes with any style you choose.

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED
Jewelry Pliers
Thin Elastic Cord
Ruler
Scissors
Craft Knife
Jump Ring
Clasp
Stirring Straws
Crafting Board

INSTRUCTIONS
(00:39) Cut 5" strip of duct tape for each stirring straw. Roll Straw onto tape.
(00:54) Cut beads using scissors
(01:06) Cut strands of cord about 20" long.
(01:12) Loop strands through jump ring and secure with tape.
(01:28) Thread beads.
(01:39) Open other jump ring to put on the clasp.
(01:47) Seal necklace on the other side.
