How to Craft a Duct Tape Woven Purse

Learn how to craft a DIY woven purse using Duck Tape® brand duct tape in this easy craft tutorial from DIY blogger and YouTuber Mr. Kate. This purse was made using a denim printed duct tape and a silver color theme, but with hundreds of colors and prints available, you can substitute these tapes with any style you choose.

Floral Wire
Scissors
Wire Cutter
Brads
Hook and Loop Fastener

INSTRUCTIONS
(00:43) First, you'll cut 10 pieces of tape 13 in. long and fold in half.
(01:00) Then, cut 14 or more strips that are about 9.5 in. long and fold them as well.
(01:13) Next you'll create the woven design.
(01:30) After you will create a large sheet of duct tape for the woven design to attach to.
(01:54) Trim that sheet into your shape.
(02:01) Then you will fold over the bag to make the purse shape.
(02:14) Seal the sides of the pocket.
(02:46) Decorate your purse by making flowers..
(03:35) Next you will secure the flowers on the purse with a brad.
(03:46) Finish your purse by adding a hook and loop fastener.
