Microsoft Excel doesn't provide any option to create a bullet list or format cells to appear as a bullet list, but there is a way to do it. In this video I show you how to format cells so that you can create a bullet list with items in separate cells, and also how to create a bullet list within a single cell. (I also show how to use Alt Codes, and the Format Painter.)
