HOW TO CREATE A SUGARED CHECKBOARD NAIL

Hi everyone,

Today I’m doing a checkerboard sugaring technique. I know, I’ve done a lot, but I like the technique, so I’m doing another one.

I’m going to have a base of two coats of Serious Black. Im then going to use Snow White and make little marks of where the squares are going to be laid. I’m going to connect the dots and fill them in to create a checkerboard. Once the squares are down, add a little more gel for some extra coverage.

I’ve then mixed white acrylic powder and glitter to dust over the nail, cure the nail and brush off the excess.
