What this method basically does is tricks the computer into thinking you just bought it, and lets you do the initial setup (Creating an Admin Account)

This has worked on every Mac and OS X version I have tried (Computer in the video is El Capitan)

Steps:

Shutdown Computer
Boot while holding the "Command + S" keys
Type "mount -uw /" and hit Enter
Type "rm /var/db/.Applesetupdone" hit enter
Type "reboot" and hit Enter

Its that easy!
