How to Create Smokey Eyes (Shadow & Mascara) in Photoshop - Enhance Eyelashes Tutorial

In this photoshop makeover tutorial, i will show you how to create smoky eyes with dark lashes and shadow in photoshop. We use levels adjustment and blend if technique to achieve this effect.

We will use levels adjustment layer to darken the image

Drag midtone slider towards right to darken eyes

Select levels layer mask and add apply image command

check invert option to make the effect apply to darker areas of the image like hair and eyes

Now select eyes and lips with any selection tool of your choice
