Cutting wings for hot wings is so easy to do. I know that once you give this a try you will do this yourself very soon. Essentially you need to make only 2 cuts of the chicken wing to turn them into hot wings.
I suggest that you take the flapper portion that is leftover and you use this to make chicken stock. You can make a flavorful stock when you use these flappers. They are full of flavor.
