Description from the creator

Getting grabbed from behind by an attacker is a scary thing. Indeed, the rear bear hug is an extremely dangerous position to be in, since real fights always have a multiple attackers' possibility.

If this ever happens to you, here's what needs to be done:

1) Drop your weight to prevent the attacker from slamming you down to the ground.

2) If the attacker tries to pick you up to toss you on the side, hook your leg into the back of his leg to prevent him from doing so.

3) As soon as you sense someone has grabbed you in a rear bear hug, immediately start striking by hitting the groin of your attacker all while stomping his feet rapidly.

4) As soon as you break free, turn around and strike your attacker with solid blows to stop the threat. Good strikes for this situation are (elbows, head-butts, palm strikes, etc.).

Remember that getting grabbed from behind can be particularly dangerous against multiple attackers. You need to react quickly and attack your opponent viciously in order to escape this frightening situation!
