How To Dehydrate Fruits and Vegetables

If you find yourself throwing away a lot of fruits and veggies because you can't go through them fast enough, dehydrating is an excellent option for preserving some of these foods. There's also a wide variety of unique raw food dishes you can create using your dehydrator.
