Not only does our new microwave only leaks 0.9mWcm2, but now the 2.4GHz wifi signal at home doesn’t get cut off. The old microwave would cut out all wifi signal when its running. I guess another indicator that your microwave is leaking too much radiation is when it cuts off your wifi signal...
p.s. the one thing not considered it the power rating. Hence, please compare same power ratings. A lower power rating with a better faraday cage shield will result in the lowest RF leakage.
