Instructions:
1- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser.
2- Click Internet options.
3- Click Privacy tab.
4- In Pop-up Blocker section Check Turn on Pop-up Blocker to enable Pop-up Blocker.
5- Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker to disable Pop-up Blocker.
6- Click OK.
