HOW TO DO A FRONTFLIP ON A TRAMPOLINE AND LAND IT

Alright whats up guys this is Aaron from howtosbybros and today i'm going to show you how to do a frontflip on a trampoline and land it so this is gonna be a very simple quick tutorial to land a frontflip and to do a frontlip on a trampoline, so lets jump right into the video so the first thing your going to do if your too scared to do a frontflip what your going to do is your gonna do a somersault now by the way we already made this video once or a couple times but this is with the new camera so i wanted to see how it sounded with the new mic and new camera, so lets jump into it, so the first thing is if your scared to do a frontflip start with a somersault and progressively get higher and higher, so just start of like this. Start off really low and then work up to landing the frontflip on your butt like that. So once you can land a frontflip on your butt, you have the frontflip pretty much down all you need to be able to do is land it on a trampoline, land the frontflip on the trampoline. So how your going to land it is, the best technique is where you go straight up and then you and then you flip, you don't wanna just go like this, you know a lot of people i see do a frontflip they just go, and get no height and just go straight down and into the ground, you want to shoot up so what you want to do is you can even start standing if you have a decent trampoline otherwise start jumping a little bit and then once your gonna do is throw your arms up at the same time and then tuck in and then do a frontflip, so what helps me is just look at something straight on, so look at the wall in front of you or whatever, something in front of you and look and then do the front flip, you don't want to just do the frontflip low, you want to get some height to it first that is how to land a frontflip on a trampoline that's the secret to landing it, so ill show you one more, so bounce really high, throw your arms up, then tuck your knees into your chest and just flip.
