In everything I do I want to honor God, so I will put I few verses in the description a little later. The next video we are making is how to do a proper squat so stay tuned. Now lets go over the excuses why people dont learn how to do a side flip. I weigh too much to do a side flip lead alone on ground. Now you don't although I do recommend you lose some weight before you tear up your knees and ankles you can do it. Another excuse is its too hard to learn how to do a side flip, It is really not hard , can you do a front flip? Uh yeah who cant do a front flip? Well if you can do a front flip you can do a side flip on ground over time, not right away or overnight. I am not responsable for anyone who attempts a side flip and fails, I recommend first learning them on a trampoline, then Into a foam pit Then on a mattress then on mats then on grass then on concrete. That is just a way I recommend, do whAT EVER you please although My willy is not responseable

Phillipians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" You can do a side flip!
