Use 4 Stroke automotive Detergent Oil. SAE 10-W30 is recommended for general use. My Lawn Mower Model is HRR216VYA with GCV160 engine, check YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL to make sure your oil capacity is also 12-13.5 ounces if you have a differnet model.
