During the winter months, the streets of Tokyo's Harajuku neighborhood look less colorful as many Harajuku kids cover up their cute fashion with big dark jackets and coats. Rikarin doesn't want to cover up her kawaii fashion, she tries to find ways to dress kawaii no matter what the weather is.
