How to Dry Herbs, Drying Indoor Grown Herbs In The Oven

Well this worked ok but not with some difficulties.. This was my 2nd attempt drying herbs in the oven , the 1st attempt worked great, but since we had some humidity ,moisture in the air with all the snow, it took a little longer.. this attempt, but all in all you can see maybe what to do and what not to do if you live in a high humidity area ..

Herbs also seem to dry quite well just on the counter but you have to give them some time to do so.. this will vary on your air climate.
