How To: Easiest Strawberry Smoothie

I love smoothie because they taste so rich and yummy! Strawberries are one of my favorites, along with bananas and other flavors. They are a good source of antioxidants and help you lose weight if you are on a diet. I'm going to start getting into the habit of drinking smoothies for breakfast because it's also a good source of energy verses coffee or energy drinks :)
Let me know if you guys likes these smoothie videos. There will be more recipes coming soon!

This blender is called Bella Rocket Blender. Originally it cost $39.99 but right now at Belk they are having a sale. It is $29.99 with an extra 10% off making your total $26.99 before tax. Your tax varies around your area. So its a great deal! Deff go get one when you get the chance before the Christmas sale is gone. I just bought mine today and i love it!
