Any time we make a blanket statement or accusation, the odds are we are guilty of the very thing that we are accusing the other of. This is because all that we are aware of really is what is registering on our nervous system, which is in our own body, not the other. Lastly, an old saying sums this up quite well: "when you point a finger at someone else, you have 3 more pointing back at you."
