Step 1: On the right hand side of your keybord HOLD ALT and CTRL THEN Press delete not end or backspace DELETE!
Step 2: It should have sended you to somethingy then just click on -Start Task Manager-
Step 3: Click on the frozen Program the click -END TASK- And it will end the Program
