OUR TREATMENT
For us, after taking a sample to Bunnings for a free pool water test, we were recommended to use 6kg of ph buffer (to increase alkaline), 3 litres of hydrochloric acid acid (to decrease ph), and 2 kg of chlorine as well as some other expensive compounds.

We ended up using 2kg of buffer - 6kg seamed excessive, the full amount of acid, 3 kg of chlorine - to ensure it all got cleaned up, and that's it for now.

A couple of days later we re-tested it and the levels were perfect.

Note: Make sure you follow your recommended treatment after getting the water tested, and best of luck getting your pools fixed up 👍
