It seems like something is always going wrong. My sliding closet door jumped off the track and I didn't know how to fix it. I finally got right inside the closet (which wasn't easy to do because it's packed to the GILLS!) and was able to get the wheel on top back on the track. The secret is that you have to be INSIDE the closet and to click it on at the END right by the wall (I'd been trying to get it in the middle and from the other side of the door and it didn't work.) #WomanDIY
