How To Fix Dry and Hard Soil Lawn Problems! How To Fix Your Grass Part 2

In this video, I show you another way to fix your grass growing problem. When your soil or dirt is too hard, it can cause issues with the grass growing and thriving. This can primarily be caused by the ground being too hard. You may be able to help this grass growing problem by using gypsum, which can allow the water to flow better into your soil, especially when the problem is caused from too much salt on your lawn. Excessive salt can come from fertilizing and the composition of the water being applied to your lawn. Gypsum helps to loosen compacted soil, somewhat similar to aerating, which allows the roots of your grass to grow and provides other benefits such as adding calcium and reducing aluminum toxicity to your lawn.
