This is a quick touch on some of the basic points for adjusting glasses behind the ears to stop slipping and falling off glasses. There are certainly more details to a perfect adjustment, and some frame issues that can cause the same symptoms to keep in mind (failing hinge, flared out arm/temple, etc). But my hope is this video will give you some good starting direction on getting a decent adjustment at best, or at worst help get you to where they at least stay on your face until you can see a professional for final adjustment!

Proper upkeep of your glasses is important, and real acetate frames should be adjusted regularly for best results (every few months or when traveling via airlines). Frequent flyers I find it best to stick with metals :)
